Dear conference participants,

Minas Tourism and Travel Agency is assigned as the official travel agency for the conference by the Conference Chair. In order to avoid any possible problems in your reservation arrangements we highly recommend that the participants make their arrangements through Minas Travel.

Special discounted group rates will be provided for the participants.

Accommodation

Room Prices include:

- Breakfast
- VAT and all other taxes

Per person in a double room means you shall be staying together with another participant in a double room.

Per person in a triple room means you shall be staying together with 2 other participants in a triple room.

Double or triple room reservation requests without accompanying person names will be processed as a single room reservation request. You are responsible for finding accompanying persons for double or triple room reservations. Therefore please mention your accompaniers' names and e-mail address on your form in order to avoid a confusion or double booking.

Important:

1- There is limited number of rooms available at the hotels for the conference period. So please hurry up to finalize your room reservation. The rooms will be reserved to participants on a strict "first come first served" basis. After a certain date we may not be able to provide any more rooms.

2-There will be transfer services from all hotels to venue. Transfer times will be announced later.

Please fill in the reservation request form. Our travel agency will contact you on the availability of rooms and price details within the next working day.

By submitting this form you will only be requesting a room. Please do not include any credit card information in your reservation form. You will be contacted by Minas Travel for the payment soon after the confirmation of your booking.
