Travel (Flights) and Local Transportation

You can book a flight from your original destination to Ercan Airport in North Cyprus, which is only 30 minutes away from Salamis Bay Hotel. Our travel agency provides transfers from Ercan to the hotel. Alternatively, you can book a flight to Larnaca International Airport in South (Greek) Cyprus. We will also organize transfers from Larnaca Airport (or city centre) to the hotel, which is approximately a 90 minutes drive by a shuttle bus.

Minas Travel (our travel agency) can offer you the best available connections and prices for flights to either North or South Cyprus. If you wish, we can issue and send you your ticket as well. We will apply a certain discount for participants travelling together from the same destination.

The participants of the conference will stay at either Salamis Bay Conti Hotelin Famagusta   which is a first class touristic hotel located on the seashore.

Minas Tourism and Travel Agency is assigned as the official travel agency for the conference by the Conference Chair. In order to avoid any possible problems in your reservation arrangements we highly recommend that the participants make their arrangements through Minas. Special discounted group rates will be provided for the participants. Please fill in the form below and submit it for a reservation request. Per person in a triple room €40,00 / night
Single room €65,00 / night

These are discounted rates for the early reservation period. There will be a 15% price increase after June 15th, 2008.

- VAT and all other taxes
- Open buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday
- Open buffet lucnh everyday
- Open buffet dinner everyday
- Unlimited soft drinks and/or local spirits between 10:00 – 24:00 hrs everyday
